I am living in the EU with my partner who is a UK citizen. How can I move to the UK with my British partner?

Before 9 August 2023, it was possible to apply for an EUSS Family Permit if you had lived in an EU or EEA country or Switzerland with an eligible family member who’s a British citizen, and if your partner returned to the UK before 29 March 2022.

This was also known as a ‘Surinder Singh’ application.
