I have been asked to prove my (pre-)settled status. The organisation asking for this will not accept a share code. They are insisting on a visa or physical biometric card. I am worried I will lose out as a result of discrimination. What can I do?

Immigration status under the EU settlement scheme for EU citizens is only available to view online, via the generation of a ‘share code’. There is no physical document provided.
