Kasia is Head of People and Culture at UNW Accountancy, where she leads the People function, focused on strategy. She has a wealth of experience of governance, strategic planning and organisational culture, alongside a background in human resources. She is focused on creating environments where people can thrive, an important principle we apply at the3million in all of our campaigning and advocacy.
