Lucas Orchard-Clark - Secretary

Lucas is currently legal counsel for a trading firm having trained at a U.S. law firm in London, where he gained broad experience across disputes, tax, funds, and M&A.

He has undertaken a range of pro bono work, including supporting individuals applying for compensation under the Windrush Compensation Scheme, making applications for Exceptional Case Funding for those facing deportation on Human Rights Grounds, and advising a North London charity which fell victim of tax fraud.    

Having reclaimed his Austrian citizenship in 2022, he joined the3million in the Know Your Rights team two years ago to help EU citizens navigate the complex settlement process and to better understand their Withdrawal Agreement rights, before becoming Board Secretary. He is excited to continue his journey in supporting EU citizens to thrive in the UK as a Non-Executive Director.
