Shingai Mabhumbo

Shingai Mabhumbo is a Zimbabwean who arrived in the UK in 2002. She volunteers in migrant-led and community support spaces and has experience facilitating peer support groups, assisting asylum seekers, and supporting migrants with immigration-related processes and community advocacy initiatives.

Shingai is currently the Secretary of Global Bradford and is particularly interested in access to justice, migrant rights, and community empowerment, with a focus on amplifying community voices.
